Application: For production of reduced Germanium Ingot, Zone-refined Germanium Ingot, Organic Germanium, PET catalyst, Germanium Tetrachloride, BGO crystals and other chemical compound crystals
Used for making germanium, but also for the electronics industry. Used as a semiconductor material. It is prepared by heating and oxidizing germanium or by hydrolyzing germanium tetrachloride. Used as raw materials for the preparation of metal germanium and other germanium compounds, catalysts for the preparation of polyethylene terephthalate resins, spectral analysis and semiconductor materials. It can manufacture optical glass phosphors, and can be used as a catalyst in the conversion of petroleum refining, dehydrogenation, adjustment of gasoline distillate, production of color film and polyester fiber.
