This standard specifies the requirements for high-lead antimony ingots, test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation, storage and quality certificates, contracts (or purchase orders) content. This standard applies to brittle sulfide lead-antimony ore or high-lead antimony ingots produced from lead-antimony ore. |
The quality requirements for high-lead antimony ingot products are as follows: |
1. Product Classification |
High-lead antimony ingots are divided into three grades according to their chemical composition: SbPb90-6, SbPb90-7, and SbPb88-8. |
2. Chemical composition |
The chemical composition of high-lead antimony ingots should meet the requirements of Table 1. |

3. Physical Specifications |
The shape of the high-lead antimony ingot is rectangular trapezoid or square trapezoid, the thickness does not exceed 150mm, and the weight of the ingot is 10-20kg. |
4. Appearance quality: The surface of the high-lead antimony ingot should be clean, free of obvious burrs, depressions, bubbles and foreign debris. |
5. Others: If the buyer has special requirements for high-lead antimony ingots, it can be negotiated between the supplier and the buyer. |
Packing: | 50KGs Iron Drum or 1000KGs Jumb Bag or packing as per request. |
Storare: | Storing in sealed, dry and cool condition, not exposing to air for long time, avoiding moisture. |
Characteristics: | Pink powder, slightly soluble in inorganic acid, insoluble in water. |
