Cobalt salt type adhesion promoter is a thermal vulcanization type adhesive. This product is widely used in rubber-metal composite products such as radial tires, steel braided hoses, steel-wound hoses, steel cord rubber conveyor belts, rubber shock absorbers, etc. It can improve the adhesion strength between rubber and metal. |
One-stage rubber compound This product can be mixed with other vulcanizing agents, antioxidants, etc. Two-stage or three-stage rubber compound should be added in the second stage. The mixing temperature is between 120-150 ° C to ensure that the cobalt salt is fully dispersed in the rubber. |
Recommend the use of "m-cobalt white cobalt" bonding system. The bonding system can better exert the bonding effect of this product. This product has a good bonding effect on natural rubber or natural rubber-synthetic rubber compound. |
The adhesion of this product occurs in the vulcanization stage, and the vulcanization temperature of the rubber can be controlled at 140-160 ºC. Based on 100 parts of rubber, the recommended amount of one of them is as follows (the amount of this product should be determined according to different rubber products) |
