| CCS series products are surface-organized nano-precipitated calcium carbonate powders, suitable for filling silicone sealants (including single- and two-component room temperature vulcanized silicone weathering adhesives, structural adhesives), polyurethane sealants and MS sealants. CCS series nano calcium carbonate has regular crystal morphology and suitable particle size. Nano-calcium carbonate products are treated with stearic acid and other surfaces and have a low oil absorption value. They can be quickly blended with sealant resin and other additives, and have good dispersion in the sealant. CCS can give sealant products ideal rheological properties, tensile strength, elongation at break, elastic recovery rate, modulus, interface adhesion, water resistance and weather resistance. |
