Properties: White crystalline powder, density 1.46g / cm3, hardness slightly softer than KDP, brittle, rarely cleaved. Soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, ether, acetone, insoluble in benzene, methyl ethyl ketone and chloroform. The transmission band is 1.2 ~ 0.25μm, and the transmission rate is nearly 90%. Lithium formate monohydrate has a melting point of 97 ° C, loss of water at 120 ° C, crystal form transformation at 230 ° C, and melting point of anhydrous lithium formate at 270 ° C. CHCOOLi decomposes into Li2CO3, C, and H2O at 320 ° C. |
Uses: Lithium formate monohydrate crystal has the characteristics of high nonlinear coefficient, high optical damage threshold, wide light transmission band, and extending to ultraviolet. It can achieve triple frequency and quadruple frequency for Nd: YAG laser 1.06μm laser An excellent nonlinear optical crystal material is also commonly used in battery manufacturing. |
